REQUIRED SUPPLIES FOR 4th and 5th GRADE

 

These materials are to be in school at all times the entire year. Please mark with name and room number. (These are the totals for all subjects.)

 

*        Red and Blue permanent pens for correcting

*          Black ERASABLE pens (no gel pens, please) for all subjects expect math

*        Pencils for math

*        Regular wide-ruled loose leaf paper (No narrow college-ruled, please)

*         3x5 lined index cards and transparent tape

3         file folders

1                    Pair of scissors

1                    Bottle of glue

1                    Ruler

1                    Assignment Notebook (available at the school office)

1                    Zippered pencil case with three holes to fit in binder

1         Case to hold crayons, markers, and pencils (No metal or plastic boxes, please)

1                    Box of crayons

1                    Set of colored pencils

1                    Set of colored markers (fine point and/or regular) and 1 Expo dry erase marker for math

1                    Small pencil sharpener

1                    Book Bag

1                    Set tempera paints

1         2"  thick 3-ring binder OR  an expandable file with 6 sections

1             Set of 6 dividers for binder or pocket dividers

1             Roll paper towels

2        Boxes of Kleenex

3        Refill package of Huggies Wet Wipes ( this brand is preferred)  

          Compass, protractor and graph paper (send to school when teacher requests them)

NO WHITE OUT OR PERMANENT MARKERS PLEASE

Please remember there are very few items on this list that need to be brand new. Those materials in good condition from other years are fine.

ALL BOOKS, INCLUDING THE WORKBOOKS, MUST BE KEPT COVERED AT ALL TIMES TO PROTECT THEM. School will supply or you may use your own.
