Required Supplies for 4^th and 5^th Grade

These materials are to be in school at all times the entire year. Please mark with name and room number (These are the totals for all subjects.)

*           Red and blue permanent pens for correcting

*           Black ERASABLE pens (no gel pens, please) for subjects except math

*           Pencils for math

*           Regular wide-ruled looseleaf paper (no narrow-ruled college, please)

*           3 x 5 lined index cards, transparent tape

3          file folders

1          Pair of scissors

1           Bottle of glue

1           Ruler   

1           Assignment notebook (available at the school office)

1           Zippered pencil case with three holes to fit in binder

1           Case to hold crayons, markers and pencils (no metal or plastic boxes, please)

1           Box of crayons

1          Set of colored pencils

1          Set of colored markers (fine line and/or regular) and 1 Expo dry erase marker (math)

1          Small pencil sharpener

1           Book bag

1           Set tempera paints

1          2” thick 3 ring binder OR an expandable file with 6 sections

1           Set of 6 dividers for binder

1          Roll of paper towels

2           Boxes of Kleenex

2          Refill packages of Huggies Wet Wipes (this brand preferred)

Compass, protractor, and graph paper (send to school when teacher requests them)

NO WHITE OUT OR PERMANENT MARKERS PLEASE.

Remember there are very few items that need to be brand new. Those materials in good condition from other years are fine.

ALL BOOKS MUST BE KEEP COVERED AT ALL TIMES TO PROTECT THEM. School will supply covers or you may use your own.

** Please save empty 35mm film canisters for science.
