PeaceBuilders

St. Pascal is a proud PeaceBuilders school, the first in the Midwest. We have implemented this exciting program in our school. Every morning the students recite this pledge.

I pledge to my parents, my teachers, my
classmates, and the entire St. Pascal School Community,
that I will, with the help of Jesus' love
be a PeaceBuilder today.
I pledge
to praise people
to give up put-downs
to seek wise people
to notice and speak up about hurts I have caused
to right wrongs
to help others
I will build peace at home, at school, and
in my community each day.

This year certain Fridays will be PeaceBuilder Days. Each time we will highlight all-school activities related to building peace at home, at school and in our community.

We are currently keeping a PeaceBuilder Helps Others board on which is placed specific acts the students have completed that helped others. It is growing daily as more helpful actions are shared.
